They have excellent trails, much like the ideal trail you would see in an outdoor mag. There are quite a few trails there, a good beginner trail is called Caney Loop which takes you out over the lake, excellent view, and a most excellent ride. Contact: bahick00@mik.uky.edu
Take I-75 south to the morehead area. You will get off at the Salt-Lick/Owingsville exit. From there you follow the signs to Cave-run.
